Unfortunately, the Young Doctors Program will not take place in 2012. Please check this page in Fall 2012 for updates regarding the future of the program.

For this summer, you may want to investigate some of the following programs:

• Hampton University offers a handful of other programs for middle school students.
• The Virginia Air and Space Center has several summer workshops.
• The Virginia Living Museum offers summer workshops.
• Old Dominion University offers Sea Camp. Unfortunately, the link to the program is broken, but you may want to contact the Outreach Director for more information.
• Tidewater Parent magazine will be printing the "Connexions 2012" summer camp guide soon and maintains a list of summer programs.
• The Virginia Pilot and hamptonroads.com maintain a list of summer camps and programs. Check this website often, as more programs will certainly post information there over the next month or two.

I will attempt to keep this list updated with any additional information I find regarding summer programs for middle school students. I would also greatly appreciate if you could please share any programs you find with me for the benefit of the group.
